Sheena Holland Features on BBC TV

Banks Mill associate member Sheena Holland of Sheena Holland Vintage Headbands has been getting some great publicity recently.  Sheena was asked by East Midlands Today programme if a BBC film crew could come into her studio and do a feature.  The piece was aired on the day of the Royal Wedding, which fitted in very well with Sheena’s bridal collection!

Sheena has also featured in a number of national magazines, with her latest feature in the April issue of Wedding Ideas.  And the national fame doesn’t end here; Sheena Hollands  Headbands have also graced the heads of singers Pink and Lily Allen.

Sheena started making one off Vintage feather and leather headbands in 2003 and was the first designer to create the feather on headbands in a pad format. She now creates headbands, bridal tiaras and jewellery made from antique and vintage materials using re-worked leather, antique, vintage jewellery and feathers combining fashion, shapes and colours from floristry.
